I surprised my husband with a Helicopter tour for his Birthday. The scheduled time got cancelled due to clouds but they were so courtesy to call us with enough time... read more and let me know. When we rescheduled they picked us up at our desired location on the Island which was so convenient. They also were great at helping me keep the surprise for him.
They gave us the option to have doors on or doors off. He suggested doors on as its easier for him to talk to us but we wanted to the full experience so we asked for them off and he was totally accommodating.
The Tour was very quick but nothing short of amazing. It was so awesome to be able to see the island at birds eye view like that.
My Husband said it was hands down the best birthday gift ever and he’s not sure I’ll be able to top that one.
Thank you HeliBlock for making the experience amazing and I would happily book again or purchase a gift card for a friend or family.

The flight was great, he explained things to us as we were in the air. I really would love to flight again especially if the pilot is John. My kids, wife and I loved the experience and we’ll definitely do it again.

A very wonderful experience!!

Our pilot, Josh, was sensational. He provided us cords for our phones and answered all of our questions (yes he’s seen a lot of proposals up in the air!). We flew by the Wind Turbines, North and South Lighthouses, Mohegan Bluffs, and more. It was a once in a lifetime experience and we can’t recommend it enough. Make sure you add this to your itinerary for Block Island!

Our pilot Mike to us over the Wind Farm and then... read more up the coast passing the Lighthouse and the cliffs. Viewing the erosion from the air gave new meaning to the term. At the north end of the island we were able see all the seals. Viewing New Harbor from the air was also impressive. The weather the day of our tour allowed the doors being off the helicopter which only added to the tour. We plan on taking the tour again this time with our adult children when they come to the island next year.
